DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1 working day after receiving your order confirmation email.
Free item shipping is only available on a 3 working day service. UK mainland addresses only – excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Any damaged goods received must be notified within 24hour.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days of placing your order, please contact us on 0800 999 0200 or email sales@rjweng.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, unless faulty. Damage or used good cannot be refunded.
Returns must accompany our returns note, please email sales@rjweng.com for details. Do not send back to the manufacturer unless requested by RJW Engineering.
All goods returned will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge, unless previously agreed with RJW Engineering. Contact sales@rjweng.com for further details.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@rjweng.com
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email sales@rjweng.com
