Free Delivery terms and conditions

  • Free item shipping is only available on the 2-3 working days delivery option.
  • Only qualifying products are eligible for the discounted shipping rate. This is indicated by the free shipping icon next to the product.
  • Discounted shipping applies to UK mainland* deliveries only and excludes additional delivery options. (For example 0600-0730 delivery).
  • Discounted shipping restrictions may apply to some postcode areas*.

*Please note UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Next Day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before the specified cut off time 12.00pm and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes weekends and bank holidays.

3 Day Free Shipping.

  • To obtain Free Delivery, Select delivery option 3 Working Days at checkout.
  • Free Delivery is a strictly Limited Time Only offer, and may be stopped at any time.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.

Same Day delivery option available, please call to arrange this.


  • Returns must accompany our returns note. Please email for details.
  • Returns are only accepted provided the goods and their packaging are received back to us in an unused condition within 30 days.
  • The goods must be returned to us in “as new” condition with original box unless faulty.
  • Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
  • Any damaged goods received must be notified within 24hour.
  • For any exchange your item, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. You will also be charged shipping for the replacement item.
  • Returns are credited for the returned item(s) amount including VAT and do not include a refund of carriage unless RJW Engineering (Manchester) Ltd are at fault with the items shipped.
  • Refunds will be made by the payment method chosen at the time of order being placed.
  • All goods returned will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge, unless previously agreed with RJW Engineering (Manchester) Ltd.
  • Any items under warranty must be returned to us by the customer. Only on inspection replacement or repaired item will sent out.
